Registration Information



Registration can be paid online during the registration process by credit card.  Google Chrome must be used when starting the registration process to successfully complete the payment process.

Conference registration includes continental breakfast each morning, buffet lunch on day one and a boxed lunch on day two.  Fees are $100 for general registrants and $50 for students.

Registration Payment Notes:

  • In the payment system, when given checkout options, it is recommended that you select "check out as guest" and use the "quick check out" option.  
  • Select "pay by credit card" and when asked if tax exempt, answer "no". Registration fees are not taxed, so there will be no tax charged.
  • A receipt for registration and a receipt for payment will be sent to the e-mail address provided.

Registration deadline is November 10, 2016.  No registration refunds will be given after that date.  If you need to cancel a registration, please do so in writing to Susan Onion at
